Dealerlogix, driven by Vehlo, has been accepted into General Motors’ 3Synergy service lane tool program. This comprehensive fixed ops platform offers GM dealers a one-stop solution, providing all the necessary software to streamline their service departments, the company stated.

Dealerlogix enables a service lane to utilize one solution for all aspects of the internal fixed ops process to enhance the customer experience. Dealerlogix includes appointment scheduling, a digital multipoint inspection tool, RO write-ups, service valet, texting, mobile pay, reporting tools and metrics, and a features overview. The addition of Dealerlogix to the GM 3Synergy service lane tool program adds to the solution’s OEM partnerships with Audi, BMW, Infiniti, KIA, Lexus, Mini, Nissan and Volvo.

GM dealers will be able to learn more and talk to the Dealerlogix team at the National Automobile Dealers Association conference in New Orleans Jan. 24-26, 2025, at booth 835. In addition to Dealerlogix, Vehlo will be exhibiting all their solutions including Text2Drive, eAdvisory, RapidRecon and Velocity Automotive at NADA. Also, at NADA, Vehlo’s new CEO, Josh Weis, will attend to meet with customers. Weis, who joined the company earlier this year, has nearly a decade in software leadership.

“Our mission is to help automobile dealerships make distinctive, substantial and lasting improvements to their car businesses. Our products can help dealers grow their businesses and improve customer satisfaction and profitability. But that takes more than technology,” said Weis. “We’re experienced car people and are proud to support dealerships with business problem-solving, industry-leading training and best practices.”
