With the summer driving season in full swing and service departments busier than ever, FrogData has unveiled its latest innovation: FixedOps Mojo according to their press release.

FixedOps Mojo is a service management dashboard designed to optimize fixed operations for dealerships. As part of the WarrantyBoost+ solution, it leverages artificial intelligence-driven data analytics to provide actionable insights for performance improvement.

FrogData highlights that FixedOps Mojo seamlessly integrates with existing dealer management systems (DMS), offering daily updates and comprehensive KPI tracking for service managers.

The platform’s AI engine enables faster and more accurate warranty rate analysis, allowing dealers to file for rate increases at the earliest possible time.

Key features of the FixedOps Mojo dashboard include:

FrogData emphasizes that FixedOps Mojo addresses the complexities of managing dealership service operations, noting that traditional DMS lack robust analytics for swift decision-making.

“This is especially crucial with the rise of complex newer vehicle models and EVs that require specialized repairs, generating significant warranty revenue,” FrogData stated in a news release. “Efficient warranty management is essential to sustain these revenue streams.”
